Madeline Bea Soap Co. Lippy Tin-Tin in Loganberry

There are a few sure-fire ways to get to my heart. One is providing my favorite beverage for me: Aunt Rosie’s Loganberry. While I was perusing Etsy, I came across a loganberry flavored lip balm. I was extremely pumped. Here is the rundown on it. I think you will be as please as I was.

Lippy Tin-Tin Loganberry by Madeline Bea Soap Company

[Jojoba seed oil, Sweet almond oil, beeswax, Shea butter, Fruit flavor, tocopherol]

$5 (+ $1 S&H) from mbeasoap.etsy.com

This natural lip balm comes in a cool little tin with a slide lid. It is small, perfect for a clutch, purse, and even my mini Gucci belt-purse.

You use your finger to put it on, so this may be a downer if you’re a germaphobe, but I had no problem with it. It is soft enough to get a good amount on your finger for application, yet it’s not gooey.

It doesn’t feel greasy nor does it feel waxy. It’s this perfect blending on textures and the scent is wonderful.

It is a really strong and sweet scent of loganberry, yet it’s not overly sweet on the lips so I wasn’t licking it off. (But I wont lie, I licked it off the first time in hopes that it would be like Aunt Rosie’s for my lips…it’s not exactly Aunt Rosie’s but it’s pretty solid.)

I used it exclusively all day. I applied it 4 times, typically after I ate, so I would say it wears for a very long time, and it has made my lips feel splendiferous.

This item is not Vegan however. There is beeswax, so I would avoid purchasing this for your vegan buddy.

Overall, I would say this is a worthwhile buy. The $5 price for the little that you get may bother some, but I argue the fact that this flavor/scent is a rare jem…therefore worth the extra pennies.

Any WNYer will love loganberry infused goodness!
